The delivery time taken depends on the item ordered. But our standard delivery is free and takes 2-3 working days.

Usually, if any item from your order is missing, then it must be because your order is split into multiple parcels. You can check the same in your ‘My account’ section. In case, you find that your order hasn’t been split into multiple parcels, then please contact us asap. We will look into the matter and find a solution.
To dispatch orders as soon as possible, we may be unable to make any changes after accepting your order. This includes changes made to your details such as the delivery address and email address or cancelling the order and adding or removing items from the order. However, you have 30 days after delivery to return your items for a refund.
Quality is paramount to us. Our team takes good care of all the orders before packing each one of them. But if due to some unforeseen circumstances, you receive damaged items, then you can return them to us. We will be happy to offer you a replacement or a refund for the item.
You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and the tracking number. You can track your shipment using the same. Alternatively, you can also track your order in the My Account section on our website.

We always restock our products as soon as possible. Usually, the out of stock items will be replaced by the appropriate substitutes. We will notify you when the out of a stock item is next available for you to place an order.

We give you an invoice along with the delivery of the products. Alternatively, you can log in to My Account and view the invoice in the My Orders section.
